First, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering us as adoptive parents to your child. We are truly grateful and admire your heart in this difficult decision. We are praying for you and your child. We want you to know that we honor your love and value your thoughts and concerns for your child’s future. 


Our names are Eugenio (E.R.) and Roseanne. We have been together for 17 years and married for 11 years. Our plans to have children were from the beginning of our relationship. Like the scripture says in Isaiah 55:8-10, God’s plans are not our plans. We were told we could not have children without treatments, so we did IVF. We did 3 rounds of IVF and were excited to get positive results. We lived in joy for a short moment until we suffered a miscarriage. Since that time went back 8 more times to do IVF with our last attempt in 2020, with no positive results. Our hopes and prayers kept us going, and we know that no matter what, we are still seeking and asking through prayers for our family to grow. We have a deep-rooted desire in our hearts to have children, and becoming parents is our dream come true. We are so ready to love a child unconditionally and to know and experience the joy of becoming parents. 


We both have loving families, friends, and church families who are just as excited as we are to pour love onto a child. They support us in our walk of faith and this journey to extend our family. 


For us, raising a child will mean showing them we love them daily. Supporting them in every way we can with their hobbies and activities, and most of all, showing them how valuable they are. We plan to always have lots of fun adventures, walking next to them in every moment of their lives. 


If you choose us to be part of your adoption plan, it's important for you to know that your child will be loved and protected by us. They will know their adoption story and would love to share stories you want us to share with your child. We will honor your thoughts and celebrate your love for your child. Your child will always know that they are so special to us all.

Meet Eugenio

Everyone knows him by ER. He is an amazing person inside and out. He is loving, caring, a hard worker, a provider, and most of all, he is very supportive as a husband, brother, son, uncle, and friend. He is the person who motivates me daily and walks right next to me in my walk of faith. ER is an outgoing person, loves the outdoors, loves walks, and is a father figure to his siblings.

Eugenio & Roseanne - Getting to Know Us

Our Story

We were meant to meet and fall in love. Eugenio was 16, and I was 17. He worked with my cousins in a town an hour away and they really wanted us to meet. I went down for a Mariachi performance we were both performing in. He saw me and came and asked for my number, but I didn’t live there plus I hadn’t even talked to him, so I said no. Little did I know he was the same guy my cousins were trying to set me up with. At my cousin’s house, we talked the whole time, and in the end, I decided I would give him my number after all. We fell in love so quickly and knew we were meant to be. After a year of dating, we took the courageous step to live together after I graduated High School. We knew no matter how young we were we wanted to be together for the rest of our lives. He proposed to me 3 years later.


We decided to get married on our 6th anniversary. We had planned a big wedding but after the loss of our son, we decided to have a more intimate ceremony. Knowing that he wasn’t going to be a part of our wedding day like we dreamed he would, we honored him through our engagement photos. The day we said, “I do” was so beautiful and meaningful. We were blessed with close family and friends on that day. It was a day full of love and joy, and I remember how amazing it was to marry my best friend.

    Our home is very cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a 3-bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. It has a top patio that overlooks a small lake we have that is a part of our backyard. We love to watch the sunset and hear the fish jump at night. We are within walking distance of the community pool and a huge private picnic area where we have our family get-togethers.

    • Our Community

    Our city has a beautiful river walk area with lots of trails, and it is fun to walk and see what our community has put together. Along the walking trail, there's a beautiful and peaceful park that's open to the neighborhood for fishing. Our community is very supportive of our children, and the City Library has an excellent program where books are read to the children in a cozy and beautiful space. Additionally, every church in the community comes together to organize festivals dedicated to children. There are also two fantastic community pools and a state park that's ideal for hiking, biking, boating, and animal watching. Our community has designated a big open area for family movie nights where we bring our blankets and lawn chairs and watch movies with our family and friends on a huge projector. There's also a movie theater with a bowling alley and a large arcade, plus we live only an hour away from the zoo and several amusement parks. Lastly, we have a trampoline park that's perfect for hosting parties.

    • ER's Family

    ER's Family

    We both come from a big traditional Mexican family. I am the oldest of 6. I have four sisters and one brother. My parents have been married for 35 years. My family lives an hour away from us, but we visit them often. My oldest sister has 4 kids and my 2nd sister has 2 toddlers, and we absolutely love spending time with them. My family is close and gathers every time I go down to visit. I have lots of extended family and celebrate many traditions together such as quinceañeras, the 16 de septiembre, and the Cinco de mayo celebrations, singing along with the Mariachi groups and eating all the good foods like gorditas, tacos, enchiladas, etc. Our families are also big at celebrating Easter and honoring Jesus, and we also love to be part of the easter egg hunt for all the children in our family. One of the family traditions is learning and passing down the family recipes for tamales, tortillas, bread pudding, empanadas, and Mexican wedding cookies. Both families are accustomed to celebrating with big parties for every accomplishment. Everyone is so excited to welcome a new little one into our family.

    • I am the youngest of 3. I was blessed with an amazing mother that was my best friend. She passed away in 2020, but I hold her deeply in my heart. My dad remarried, and I now have two baby siblings. My sister and brother-in-law have four handsome boys and are grandparents to 5 grandchildren with two on the way. My brother and sister-in-law have three kids. My sister’s family all live in the same city as us and my brother’s family lives 30 minutes away. We are so close; we talk daily and hang out often. My family is big and celebrates all Mexican traditions. We go all out for the quinceañeras and attend festivals that are in the Hispanic culture. The big celebrations that we host or attend the most are the ones during Christmas time, like the dance-drama of Los Matachines. We usually have a table full of foods like tamales, menudo, and the famous abuelita hot chocolate while watching the dance team perform, and then we fellowship with everyone who joins in. Thanksgiving and Christmas are our favorite holidays, and we give thanks to each other for the many blessings we are given. For Christmas, we love to see the joy on the kids’ faces for the Christmas lights and gifts. My mom was big on giving back, so we are keeping her tradition and giving back to our community. My sister owns a taco truck and we feed not only children but their parents and give every child a gift with lots of love.

    • Puppy Love

    We have two dogs. They are Lexi (4 years old) and Penny (6 years old). They are mother and daughter. We found Penny and tried to help her look for her owners, but nobody responded. So, we named her Penny; as you find a penny, you pick it up, and all day long, you have good luck. Well, our Penny brought us joy and love, so we have been having good luck. She surprised us with her own baby and that’s where we were blessed with Lexi. Lexi is truly her twin, she looks so much like her but acts so differently. Our beautiful Lexi is always exhausted and doesn’t like to finish her walks but loves to cuddle every moment she can. Penny is so active, loves her walks, loves to swim, and loves to love everyone. Both are great with kids.

    • It's truly a blessing to be a part of a big, loving family, especially as a Tia and Tio to so many incredible nieces and nephews. With a total of 19 nieces and nephews ranging from infants to 26 years of age, we make it a point to be present for all of their accomplishments, no matter how big or small. Our family is united and we all show up to support them and watch them grow in their favorite activities. Regardless of the weather, we're always there to cheer them on. We have a strong bond with all of them and we're incredibly proud of each and every one. Our home is always filled with laughter thanks to these precious babies. We love to treat them to ice cream dates, the zoo, Sea World, and take them to the arcade to have some fun.

    • Our Faith & God Children

    Faith is an important part of our lives, and we are very involved in our church community. We have also been honored with being the Godparents to four, soon to be five, wonderful children who hold a significant place in our hearts, acting as vital puzzle pieces in our lives. We assist their parents with what they need, whether it's offering a ride or supporting their adventures, we strive to meet their needs, always keeping them in our prayers.     • We love it when we get the opportunity to travel and explore new things, especially when we get to share the experience with family and make memories. We also travel with our church community for conferences, which is a blast, especially when we bring the kids along. Plus, we're big fans of live football, and we try to make it to at least two Dallas Cowboys games each year.


    One of the most magical places we have been to was Disney World. We tagged along to celebrate our Goddaughter’s birthday and it was truly magical to see her living her dream of being a princess for a day. Witnessing all the children having fun and experiencing joy was a beautiful thing. We are excited to have similar experiences with our own child and have many travel plans in store for them, including visits to amusement parks, aquariums, museums, Disney World, and other exciting destinations to explore different cultures.

    Hello & Thank You , We want to thank you for taking the time to get to know us. While we cannot imagine the feelings you have or will experience in your decision to create an adoption plan for your child, we hope you feel loved and supported, and we personally want you to know how brave and selfless we think you are. We are Andy and Mandy, and we currently share our home and lives with 2 very different yet equally fun and snuggly doggos, Sophie and Maxx. Andy and I have been married for 8 years and together for just over 20 years. Our early years in our relationship were spent having fun, growing as individuals and as a couple, and then establishing our careers. We knew early into our marriage we wanted a family. We tried for years to grow our family on our own, but through many different tests and treatments, we realized that may not be something we are able to do. Throughout our relationship, we had always been open to adoption; many friends and family have shared their journey with adoption and fostering, so our hearts were always open to this, and we have seen that biology doesn’t define the love and care provided to a child. Because of our family's experience in adoption and fostering, we know the importance of your child understanding their birth story, where they came from, and how truly special they and their birth family are to us.     Hello & Thank You , We’re Bob and Leslie, and we are so thankful you’re taking the time to read about us and consider our family for your adoption plan. We can’t understand everything you are feeling right now, but we know that you are trying to find the right path forward for yourself and your child. We hope we can be a part of that. If you choose us to raise your child, it will be the greatest blessing of our lives. We’ve been married for sixteen years, and we’ve always wanted to grow our family. After a few unsuccessful years trying to conceive naturally, we went to a fertility clinic. We took a lot of supplements and tried multiple rounds of IUI and IVF, but they were also unsuccessful. Conceiving was not in God’s plan for us; that was difficult and sometimes hard to accept. But we both still knew that we wanted to be parents, so we began learning about adoption and speaking to friends who have adopted children, which is how we found Adoption Angels. We have also been fortunate to have friends who were adopted themselves and who have given us insight into adoption. We want to be parents because we know growing up can be so difficult. We want to be there for your child when they need support, encouragement, help, and advice. Or when they just need to know that someone cares about them, loves them, and will always be there. We want to help them discover things they love and see their own talents. We want to nurture their interests so they can pursue things they are interested in and enjoy, to help them lead a happy and fulfilling life. We will do everything we can to ensure your child grows up in a safe and supportive home, surrounded by our community of friends and family. We strongly believe in setting a good example for how to be ethical and honest, providing a good education, and the chance to travel and see the world. Finally, it is important to us that your child always knows the story of their adoption, to know where they came from and who you are as well. That’s why (if you agree as well) we believe in regularly sharing photos, emails, update letters, and annual in-person visits.     Hello & Thank You , First off, let's introduce ourselves. Our names are Amy, Hao, and our not so little man James Paul. We want you to know how grateful we are to you for looking at our book. Our goal is for you to get to know who we are in an honest and real way. Adoption has a complex variety of feelings for all parties involved, especially for you. We can't begin to understand the emotional and overwhelming circumstances you have had to face in making these difficult decisions. We want you to know we support you and think that what you are doing is selfless and generous beyond comprehension. From an early age, I knew carrying a child to full term would be highly unlikely. So, when we met, having children was a part of our early conversations. We always wanted a family and knew adoption was going to be how we would become parents. This led us to adopt our beautiful and sweet son, James. We have so much more love to share with another child, and James is waiting with open arms and a welcoming smile. Our upbringing has significantly shaped who we are today, including our parenting style and how we plan for our future. Both of our parents are still married, and observing their relationship through both happy and challenging times has taught us the importance of commitment in maintaining a long-lasting marriage. Our family includes no shortage of caring aunts, fun uncles, and many young cousins to grow up with. One thing you can be certain of is DOTING GRANDPARENTS!! We are blessed that we can go to anyone in our family for guidance, advice, and support. You could not ask for a more dedicated crew of family members.     Hello & Thank You , First, we want to thank you so much for considering us to be the parents of your child and for taking the time to learn a little about our lives! We can't imagine what a difficult time this must be for you, though we don't know what you are feeling. However, we do know that we admire your courage and strength! We are Mike and Tiffany, a fun loving couple from Texas who have been together 10 years and married almost 9! We spent many years trying to conceive a baby on our own, and with no luck, we didn’t want to wait to grow our family any longer. We chose adoption rather than going through IVF and were blessed with our first son in 2022. The experience we have had with his adoption has been so wonderful, and we can’t wait to give him a brother or sister. We have always wanted a big family, as both of ours are relatively small, and we are so grateful for this adoption opportunity because, without it, we wouldn’t be able to have that. Tiffany is a stay-at-home mom currently and will continue to do so. She loves being able to be so involved with raising our children and growing a special bond from the beginning. Also, her parents and grandparents live next door to us, so they will always be surrounded by love and family.     Hello & Thank You , First and foremost, we are so grateful for your consideration. While we cannot imagine all that you are going through, we support you. While we may never fully know the sacrifice you are making, we are grateful. We have longed to build our family for many years, and it is truly humbling to have you get to know us. We always knew that adoption would be a part of our family, and it has proven to be the biggest blessing in our lives. After we were married, we discovered that we had unknown fertility issues, and that was our sign from the Lord to choose to grow our family through adoption. We adopted our daughter Caroline at birth almost three years ago, and she has brought so much love and joy into our home and family. Now, we have hopes to bring home another sweet blessing, and we know that Caroline will be the best big sister! Our home is full of laughter and fun, and we truly love to spend time with each other. We strive to keep the Lord at the center of it all, and we have a lot of love to share. Our families have been so supportive, and they also cannot wait to add another baby. We do not take this decision lightly and consider raising a child the greatest privilege. We admire your courage and see your strength.     Hello & Thank You , Just saying thank you isn't enough for us to express our gratitude for considering us to be adoptive parents. We cannot begin to understand how difficult this decision is and that it is not taken lightly. No matter your decision, you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are Amanda and Spencer. We have been together over ten years and have been married for three. From the very beginning of our relationship, we talked about starting a family, but God had different plans for us. Unfortunately, Amanda has faced health challenges that have led to infertility, which won't allow us to have our own biological children. Adoption has touched both our lives in meaningful ways. Spencer's mother was adopted, and she is ecstatic that we are pursuing this path. In addition, Spencer has two adopted cousins, and I have one as well. Both of our families are loving and supportive of our decision, and we are all ready to share unconditional love with a child. Since we both have relatives who were adopted, we believe it is important for your child to understand their adoption story from the very beginning.     Hello & Thank You , We are Damon and Amanda, and we thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. We can't imagine how hard this choice must be, and we have SO much respect for you. Your courage is truly admirable. We hope our story will be helpful as you make your choice. Please know that no matter what you decide, we wish you and your child nothing but the best, and you will both be in our prayers. We would love to share a little about ourselves, and hopefully, this book will give you a clear picture of who we are! We have grown so much during our years of marriage! Our journey has included buying a house, starting new jobs, surviving a pandemic, experiencing years of infertility and loss, going on many trips, and so much more. Throughout the highs and lows, our relationship has only become stronger. We feel very blessed to have wonderful parents and grandparents who model healthy relationships. They have taught us invaluable lessons and instilled strong morals in us. From the beginning, we have known that we wanted children and planned to have them at a young age. However, we faced three years of infertility and treatments, which ultimately resulted in loss. Going through it all taught us many important lessons and brought us even closer to each other and to God. We have always wanted to adopt, and we feel that now is the right time to do it! For us, raising a child means reading books together before bed, quality family time, lots of outdoor adventures, supporting whatever dreams he/she may have, and a home full of laughter. We value communication, kindness, and passion. Our goal is to create a loving environment that inspires creativity and curiosity, embraces differences, and opens opportunities for learning and growth. Our home is filled with warmth, love, laughter, and support. Adoption means a lot to us! It represents strong people who love a child so much that they come together to build a wonderful relationship, ensuring the best care for that child. We can only imagine the difficulties that come with this decision, but please know that your child will be loved without qualification. We are so excited to begin our adoption journey and bring a child into our family. We are Will & Lorena, and we have been together for almost 7 years. Our path to adoption starts with Will being adopted himself at birth and from a young age, knowing that this was always going to be a part of his family plan. As we began to discuss having a family, Lorena was concerned about getting pregnant due to her infertility diagnosis, so turning to adoption was an easy call for us to start our family. The values that are most important to our household are love, kindness, and respect. Ensuring that, above all else, people are treated equally will be core to the teachings we share with our child. We want to encourage them to be curious and welcome diversity in all forms and to do so with a smile. Both of us love to laugh, and we want our child’s life to be filled with those unforgettable moments. To us, adoption is a beautiful journey shared by all parties involved. We are lucky to have extremely supportive friends and family to guide and join us on this journey. With Will’s own experience, including his relationship with his birth mother, we know we are lucky to have tremendous examples to mentor us along our own path as we welcome a child into our family.
