We are Luke and Cassi and our four-legged fur baby, Sully. We’ve been together for 16 years and married for 3. After years of infertility, adoption feels like the right path for us. From a young age, we always knew adoption would be part of our journey, and now, after much anticipation, we’re filled with excitement and hope. We truly believe the younger versions of us would be proud of the direction life has taken, and we are eager to open our hearts and home to a child.

She keeps me on track (trust me, I need it!), and her patience and care are unmatched. No matter the chaos, she ensures everything falls into place.

Cassi is nurturing, kind, and loving, with a heart that grows with every person she meets. She has a rare gift of making others feel heard and valued, which is why she's an amazing nurse and will be an incredible mother. Her passion for helping others shows in everything she does, and she gives her whole self to those in need.

She loves fiercely, caring deeply for her family and friends. People turn to her for comfort, advise, or just a listening ear. Cassi knows exactly what to say or when silence speaks louder. In tough times, she is a steady presence, offering guidance and support without judgement.

    • Our Story

    We met in middle school—Luke in 8th grade, me in 7th. At a mutual friend's house over winter break, I was drawn to his funny, charismatic nature, though girls weren’t his priority at 13. Soon, my shy, sweet personality won him over, and he asked me out.


    We became best friends, sharing school dances, friendships, and growing up together. Our parents thought our young “relationship” was silly, but by high school, we saw a future together. We joked, “I wish I met you when I was older,” fearing life might pull us apart. But the bond of friendship and trust we built has lasted.


    After 11 years, Luke proposed in a sunflower field on a hot August day. Nervous, though he knew the answer was YES, we still revisit the field to remember where our forever began.


    During COVID, we canceled our original wedding plans for safety and exchanged vows at a family friend’s home on a beautiful fall day. Tears flowed before we even walked down the aisle. The day was filled with joy, but the most special part was having Luke’s dad officiate our wedding, making it even more meaningful.

    • We live in a charming village of just over 3,000 people, where life feels slower, simpler, and more intentional—offering a peaceful retreat from the fast pace of everyday life. It’s safe, welcoming, and full of community, the perfect place to raise our family.


    Our home is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with an open-concept design that brings us together. The kitchen is the heart of our home—Cassi loves to cook, and I am always eager to try her meals. Cassi also loves to decorate and transform our house during each holiday. She does a great job making our house feel cozy and festive.


    Our family-friendly street is surrounded by other young families, creating a close-knit neighborhood that comes alive, especially during the holidays. Halloween is a highlight, with hayrides and tractor rides for trick-or-treating.

    Our backyard is a sanctuary for fun and relaxation. Fully fenced, it provides a safe space for little ones and our dog, Sully, to play. There’s room for future additions, like a playset, and in summer, we enjoy our above-ground pool, often hosting pool parties with friends and family.

    We're lucky to live in a place rich with opportunities for growth and recreation. Our top-rated schools, all within walking distance from our home, provide excellent education and support. Families take pride in supporting local sports teams and academic events.


    Just down the road, a beautiful park offers year-round activities, from "Music in the Park" in the summer to ice skating in winter. The park also features a fishing pond and scenic trails for outdoor enjoyment. Our town offers a welcoming atmosphere with endless opportunities to learn, grow, and connect - a perfect place to raise a family.

    I was born and raised in Wisconsin, where family, faith, and hard work are deeply ingrained. Growing up in a close-knit family has shaped who I am today. My parents, married for 36 years, are my role models—living examples of love, commitment, and partnership. They still live in the same home where they raised me and my three siblings, creating a foundation of love and stability we all cherish. They worked hard to give us an incredible life, teaching us to make the most of every situation and pursue our passions, always supporting us. They’re already excited to become grandparents, a role they’ll embrace with the same joy and devotion they've shown me.


    As the oldest of four siblings, with an older sister and a younger brother and sister. I grew up surrounded by energy, friendly rivalries, and endless laughter. We built strong bonds that have only deepened over time. Today, all my siblings live nearby, and we often gather for family events and holidays. None are married or have children yet, so they’re eagerly awaiting the day we grow our family and can’t wait to spoil our future little ones. The love and support of my family has always been our greatest strength, and I’m excited to see it grow as we enter this next chapter.

    Another very special family member is my 90-year-old grandma, full of spunk, sass, and love. She has a large family tree and hopes to add more great-grandchildren. Her energy and wisdom are a blessing to us all, and she remains a central figure in our cherished family memories.

    • I grew up in a non-traditional household, raised by my incredible single mother, who poured her heart and soul into raising my brother and me. Through love, sacrifice, and unshakeable determination, she built our lives from the ground up. My mom is extraordinary—generous, loving, and tireless in ensuring we had the opportunities she dreamed for us. She taught us the value of hard work, perseverance, and family and instilled a deep sense of pride in everything we do and where we come from. Her constant support has been invaluable, and she’s eagerly awaiting the day we become parents. Living just down the road, she’s already claimed her spot as the official babysitter!


    I was also surrounded by my mom’s large family—she comes from a family of six, so there were always aunts, uncles, and cousins around. Many of my cousins are not only family but also my closest friends. We’ve shared countless memories, and our family continues to grow with new little additions that bring even more joy.

    As the oldest, I took on a maternal role with my younger brother. He jokes that I "mothered" him most of his life, and he already envisions me as a mom. He’s especially excited about becoming an uncle and seeing his excitement only strengthens my anticipation for the future.

    • Meet Sully 

    We adopted Sully, our 3-year-old golden retriever and collie mix, from a rescue in Houston, Texas, and he has brought joy to our lives ever since. With a personality as vibrant as his energy, Sully is our "lover boy"—sweet, playful, and full of spunk. He loves his toys, especially his banana and pizza-shaped plushies, and he’s incredibly smart. Ask him to find his pizza, and he’ll dive into his toy box, determined to bring it to you.


    Sully thrives on activity, especially walks, where he’s known as the "neighborhood greeter," happily wagging his tail and making friends with everyone. He gives gentle “baby hugs” instead of jumping up, always melting hearts. His favorite place is our family cabin, where he roams freely, hunting down the perfect stick. Halloween is a special time for him—he loves helping us hand out candy and soaking up attention from the neighborhood kids.


    We can't wait for Sully to become a big brother. With his gentle nature and loving personality, we know he’ll be the perfect companion for a little one to grow up with.

    • Early in our relationship, we discovered our shared love for traveling and experiencing new cultures and places. Over time, we’ve slowly checked off bucket list destinations, starting with exploring the beauty of Wisconsin. One of our favorite spots is Door County, a peninsula surrounded by Green Bay and Lake Michigan, known for its stunning sunsets, scenic hiking trails, and small-town charm.

    Our travels have taken us farther, from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to the rugged beauty of Maine and the breathtaking Smoky Mountains. Recently, we found a new favorite way to travel—camping in our camper, our "home on wheels." It allows us to explore at our own pace while giving us space to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Whether waking up in a quiet forest or enjoying a campfire under the stars, camping offers a special experience, and we can’t wait to see where the road takes us next!

    • Family Traditions

    Our lives are rich in traditions, and we love celebrating life's milestones and holidays together. Cassi finds so much joy in hosting friends and family at our home, and she's organized numerous events, from Halloween parties to birthday and pool parties, game nights, and holiday celebrations.

    Christmas is partially special for us, not just because it marks the time we began dating but also because it's a season of cherishing what we have and those around us. Every year, the weekend after Thanksgiving, we cut down a Christmas tree together, all bundled up, searching for the perfect one. We also enjoy making Christmas candies with our families and decorating cookies is a favorite tradition. My mom bakes dozens of cookies, and we spend an afternoon decorating together.


    My family's cabin in northern Wisconsin has become the center of many memories and annual celebrations. The season kicks off by celebrating my dad's birthday and opening the cabin for the season. On the Fourth of July, the whole family gathers for a long weekend of outdoor games, beach time, and a fireworks show we put on. It is truly one of our happy places.


    We also prioritize spending time with my 90-year-old grandma. Every week, my parents have dinner with her, and we attend whenever we can. We love hearing her stories and learning her beloved cookie recipes, she makes a new bath of cookies every Sunday.

    • We love embracing all four seasons and finding fun activities to do year-round. In the winter, we go to Titletown where we enjoy sledding and ice skating near Lambeau Field. When summer arrives, we like to go hiking on Eagle Trail in Door County. We also love to go to the beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan and the Bay Beach amusement park. When we say goodbye to summer, we welcome apple picking, pumpkin patches, and fall football. Sports are deeply woven into our community, and game days are filled with tailgates, food, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers, which is a cherished tradition.

    Hello & Thank You , We want to thank you for taking the time to get to know us. While we cannot imagine the feelings you have or will experience in your decision to create an adoption plan for your child, we hope you feel loved and supported, and we personally want you to know how brave and selfless we think you are. We are Andy and Mandy, and we currently share our home and lives with 2 very different yet equally fun and snuggly doggos, Sophie and Maxx. Andy and I have been married for 8 years and together for just over 20 years. Our early years in our relationship were spent having fun, growing as individuals and as a couple, and then establishing our careers. We knew early into our marriage we wanted a family. We tried for years to grow our family on our own, but through many different tests and treatments, we realized that may not be something we are able to do. Throughout our relationship, we had always been open to adoption; many friends and family have shared their journey with adoption and fostering, so our hearts were always open to this, and we have seen that biology doesn’t define the love and care provided to a child. Because of our family's experience in adoption and fostering, we know the importance of your child understanding their birth story, where they came from, and how truly special they and their birth family are to us. If you decide to make an adoption plan with us, we want you to know how loved not only your child will be, but also how cared for and supported you will be.     Hello & Thank You , We’re Bob and Leslie, and we are so thankful you’re taking the time to read about us and consider our family for your adoption plan. We can’t understand everything you are feeling right now, but we know that you are trying to find the right path forward for yourself and your child. We hope we can be a part of that. If you choose us to raise your child, it will be the greatest blessing of our lives. We’ve been married for sixteen years, and we’ve always wanted to grow our family. After a few unsuccessful years trying to conceive naturally, we went to a fertility clinic. We took a lot of supplements and tried multiple rounds of IUI and IVF, but they were also unsuccessful. Conceiving was not in God’s plan for us; that was difficult and sometimes hard to accept. But we both still knew that we wanted to be parents, so we began learning about adoption and speaking to friends who have adopted children, which is how we found Adoption Angels. We have also been fortunate to have friends who were adopted themselves and who have given us insight into adoption. We want to be parents because we know growing up can be so difficult. We want to be there for your child when they need support, encouragement, help, and advice. Or when they just need to know that someone cares about them, loves them, and will always be there. We want to help them discover things they love and see their own talents. We want to nurture their interests so they can pursue things they are interested in and enjoy, to help them lead a happy and fulfilling life. We will do everything we can to ensure your child grows up in a safe and supportive home, surrounded by our community of friends and family. We strongly believe in setting a good example for how to be ethical and honest, providing a good education, and the chance to travel and see the world. Finally, it is important to us that your child always knows the story of their adoption, to know where they came from and who you are as well. That’s why (if you agree as well) we believe in regularly sharing photos, emails, update letters, and annual in-person visits. We promise that if you decide we are the right choice for you and your child, they will always know that the way they came into our family was through an incredible act of sacrifice and love by you.     Hello & Thank You , First off, let's introduce ourselves. Our names are Amy, Hao, and our not so little man James Paul. We want you to know how grateful we are to you for looking at our book. Our goal is for you to get to know who we are in an honest and real way. Adoption has a complex variety of feelings for all parties involved, especially for you. We can't begin to understand the emotional and overwhelming circumstances you have had to face in making these difficult decisions. We want you to know we support you and think that what you are doing is selfless and generous beyond comprehension. From an early age, I knew carrying a child to full term would be highly unlikely. So, when we met, having children was a part of our early conversations. We always wanted a family and knew adoption was going to be how we would become parents. This led us to adopt our beautiful and sweet son, James. We have so much more love to share with another child, and James is waiting with open arms and a welcoming smile. Our upbringing has significantly shaped who we are today, including our parenting style and how we plan for our future. Both of our parents are still married, and observing their relationship through both happy and challenging times has taught us the importance of commitment in maintaining a long-lasting marriage. Our family includes no shortage of caring aunts, fun uncles, and many young cousins to grow up with. One thing you can be certain of is DOTING GRANDPARENTS!!     Hello & Thank You , First, we want to thank you so much for considering us to be the parents of your child and for taking the time to learn a little about our lives! We can't imagine what a difficult time this must be for you, though we don't know what you are feeling. However, we do know that we admire your courage and strength! We are Mike and Tiffany, a fun loving couple from Texas who have been together 10 years and married almost 9! We spent many years trying to conceive a baby on our own, and with no luck, we didn’t want to wait to grow our family any longer. We chose adoption rather than going through IVF and were blessed with our first son in 2022. The experience we have had with his adoption has been so wonderful, and we can’t wait to give him a brother or sister. We have always wanted a big family, as both of ours are relatively small, and we are so grateful for this adoption opportunity because, without it, we wouldn’t be able to have that. Tiffany is a stay-at-home mom currently and will continue to do so. She loves being able to be so involved with raising our children and growing a special bond from the beginning. Also, her parents and grandparents live next door to us, so they will always be surrounded by love and family.     Hello & Thank You , First and foremost, we are so grateful for your consideration. While we cannot imagine all that you are going through, we support you. While we may never fully know the sacrifice you are making, we are grateful. We have longed to build our family for many years, and it is truly humbling to have you get to know us. We always knew that adoption would be a part of our family, and it has proven to be the biggest blessing in our lives. After we were married, we discovered that we had unknown fertility issues, and that was our sign from the Lord to choose to grow our family through adoption. We adopted our daughter Caroline at birth almost three years ago, and she has brought so much love and joy into our home and family. Now, we have hopes to bring home another sweet blessing, and we know that Caroline will be the best big sister! Our home is full of laughter and fun, and we truly love to spend time with each other. We cannot begin to understand how difficult this decision is and that it is not taken lightly. No matter your decision, you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are Amanda and Spencer. We have been together over ten years and have been married for three. From the very beginning of our relationship, we talked about starting a family, but God had different plans for us. Unfortunately, Amanda has faced health challenges that have led to infertility, which won't allow us to have our own biological children. Adoption has touched both our lives in meaningful ways. Spencer's mother was adopted, and she is ecstatic that we are pursuing this path. In addition, Spencer has two adopted cousins, and I have one as well. Both of our families are loving and supportive of our decision, and we are all ready to share unconditional love with a child. Since we both have relatives who were adopted, we believe it is important for your child to understand their adoption story from the very beginning. Our journey has included buying a house, starting new jobs, surviving a pandemic, experiencing years of infertility and loss, going on many trips, and so much more. Throughout the highs and lows, our relationship has only become stronger. We feel very blessed to have wonderful parents and grandparents who model healthy relationships. They have taught us invaluable lessons and instilled strong morals in us. From the beginning, we have known that we wanted children and planned to have them at a young age. However, we faced three years of infertility and treatments, which ultimately resulted in loss. Going through it all taught us many important lessons and brought us even closer to each other and to God. We have always wanted to adopt, and we feel that now is the right time to do it! For us, raising a child means reading books together before bed, quality family time, lots of outdoor adventures, supporting whatever dreams he/she may have, and a home full of laughter. We value communication, kindness, and passion. We are so excited to begin our adoption journey and bring a child into our family. We are Will & Lorena, and we have been together for almost 7 years. Our path to adoption starts with Will being adopted himself at birth and from a young age, knowing that this was always going to be a part of his family plan. As we began to discuss having a family, Lorena was concerned about getting pregnant due to her infertility diagnosis, so turning to adoption was an easy call for us to start our family. The values that are most important to our household are love, kindness, and respect. Ensuring that, above all else, people are treated equally will be core to the teachings we share with our child. We want to encourage them to be curious and welcome diversity in all forms and to do so with a smile. Both of us love to laugh, and we want our child’s life to be filled with those unforgettable moments. To us, adoption is a beautiful journey shared by all parties involved. We are lucky to have extremely supportive friends and family to guide and join us on this journey.
