Hello & Thank You

You reading this letter is an answer to many prayers. We are Aaron and Heather and we have been married for three years but we have known each other for over five years. We met at church in 2011 in a singles Sunday school class. Heather was recently divorced with two sons, Nathan and Johnnie, and Aaron was a single guy who had no idea how much his life was about to change. We began dating and were engaged two years later. Aaron became the dad to Nathan and Johnnie that they had always wanted and we became a family. We always planned to have two more children and soon after our wedding we began trying to conceive. We miscarried before becoming pregnant with our third son, Brice. While pregnant, Heather began to experience severe back problems that resulted in surgery after Brice was born. We found out that getting pregnant again could do quite a bit more damage to her back and began praying about how best to grow our family. We decided on adoption and the first response from our oldest was, “does this mean I can finally have a little sister?!” We are so excited to be on this journey as a family and know that any baby girl placed with us will be loved beyond measure.

We can’t wait to add a little girl to our family. She will be the first girl on either side of the family. She will make memories with grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Our families all live within 20 minutes of us and we see everyone often. We will raise her in our church where we have loads of love and support. In fact, two other couples we are very close to are also in the process of adopting so she will have friends who have been adopted as well.
We promise your daughter will never want for anything and will be well loved and provided for. We have college funds in place for our children and we will always support her goals and dreams. We can’t begin to imagine how difficult this is for you and we are blessed beyond measure that you would consider our family for your baby girl. Our prayers are with you and will continue to be.

Blessings,

Aaron & Heather
